Clean room, staff ok, breakfast excelent

It is a first class apartment with all the amenities one could imagine. We loved the rooftop lap pool and hot tub. The bathroom is amazing. The parking is ample on the street and free! Our room was spotless and we appreciated having our laundry done by Marta while we were out exploring museums and the nearby forest. The location is ideal, especially close to the futbol stadium. Thank you Cosmin for being so attentive to our requests, it was a pleasure to stay at the Bellevue’s.

Places was great even though we had issues with the Ac turning off on its own. Also did not think you would have to pay to use the gym , all places I’ve stayed before it was included .

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, walking distance to most of good attractions in Cluj. Breakfast was decent, but seen much better! The staff are super nice, all of them speaks and treat with respect. The facility is clearly old, slow elevators, etc. The other issue is that during the booking their preferred currency is Euro, at the check-in time they will charge you with RON with a very bad FX rate. If I visit Cluj again 100% I'll stay there, but I'll take the stay cost in cash and avoid the bad FX transaction!

Great breakfast and Spa, plus the gym is truly high level… I lovely place to stay and base yourself in Cluj-Napoca. Highly recommend

I have absolutely not one single bad thing to say about this hotel. The front desk staff was super helpful, as we booked a room literally half an hour before checking in, and it was super smooth. The room and bathroom were spotless, and we had a lovely balcony as well. Very quiet area and hotel. They also have a communal balcony from which to admire the city of Cluj, since the hotel is on a hill a bit outside the city center. Excellent bedding ansld toiletries, as well as the breakfast. Free parking is a bonus, and the property itself is either brand new or renovated historic building, but it was very pretty. The whole area is quiet, clean, and pretty posh, I would say. Loved it and would definitely return when in the area again. Highly recommended!

We had a small and very clean room. It was exactly what we needed for a 4-day getaway in Cluj. Close to the city centre, within walking distance ( 15 min ) and also very close to transit ( needed on the way back, uphill from the old city ) The hotel has quite a few parking spots in the front and the back which is somewhat rare in Cluj. Very good quality for the price we paid. Sorin and Hajnalka were very helpful when asked for help. We had a great stay !
