Overall, the experience fell short of our expectations. Breakfast was limited, with very few fresh fruit options and not enough variety. There were flies around the breakfast area, and the eggs did not seem fresh, so we had to ask them to prepare an omelet for us.
The bathroom also needed more attention—the bathtub had visible product residue, and there was no shampoo or conditioner provided. For a hotel at this level, we expected better quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

The staff at the front desk didn’t tell us we had to use two elevators to get to our room. Frustrating figuring out on your own. Unless you want to hang by the pool, there is absolutely nothing to do at this hotel. There is no nearby town to walk around , only the hotel surrounded by beautiful wine country. Also it’s a harrowing mountainous drive to get to this hotel. The roads are barely wide enough for a small SUV.
