I really loved how Every room has a view of the ocean.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now , it is absolutely stunning. The staff are fantastic and are the reason we return year and year. See you again next time .

Great place to stay

Bit of a strange place to be honest. We booked very last min due to the flight cancellations across Asia due to the Middle East. The staff weren’t particularly friendly upon check in, the rooms are ok, perfectly sufficient for one night. We didn’t realize that it’s a resort for ‘sports’ so it’s in the middle of nowhere. Facilities onsite close early, and it’s very much geared towards activities (swimming, football, fitness etc) so if you’re not there for that, then didn’t really seem like there was anything to do or anywhere to go. All perfectly fine, just not really for us.

Absolutely amazing staff members that were so helpful and so communicative with us, we stayed in a pod with the pool and everything was exactly like the photos, 24 hours service and amazing food (especially the chicken masala) Thank you so much

This was a hugely disappointing experience. We were very disappointed that, at the beginning of our 4 week stay, we were offered two rooms which smelt heavily of damp with evidence of green mould around the close vicinity of the room. We took photographic evidence to Reception who eventually moved us to a lower priced, 4th floor, room. However we received no refund for this. Staff on Reception spoke very little English and the language barrier was a real issue. I would expect an hotel of, supposedly, this standing to employ multi lingual staff. Booking a taxi became a nightmare! The balcony of the room we were eventually put in had cracks in the wall inhabited by biting ants which also bit us. The air conditioning was noising, as was the fridge. Everything was dated and the hotel had, clearly, had its day!! Breakfast was plentiful but boring and poorly cooked and presented. Even the water melon was stale. For breakfast, we lived on hard boiled boiled eggs and toast!!! In the evening we ate away from the hotel and noted the emptiness of the hotel dining room every night. We couldn't see the beach but we could see the sea if we sat at the front of reception. A main road, a canal with rancid water and waste as well as a car park holding some fifty cars and motorbikes together with more waste was between the hotel and the beach. We would not recommend this hotel nor will be every return.
