West Fork Oak Creek Trail Mountain Holidays

The bed was small and the orientation (sideways, against the wall, with no headboard) made it awkward to sleep in. My room was missing its TV remote, but management brought me one. Operation of the door lock when leaving was not explained to me, and I actually ended up leaving my room unknowingly unsecured the first time I left it.

The Valley Ho is a nice and quiet Oasis to experince. If you looking a great place to relax, have fun, this is is the spot. The entire staff were super friendly and the food at ZuZu was great. Everything freshly made and delicious.

Great rooms. Great staff. Great coffee bar, cocktail hour and access to amenities. Location was perfect to enjoy downtown!

One of the most wonderful stays my husband and I have ever had! The staff was wonderful! David and Taylor especially so. It is our thirtieth anniversary and they treated us like a king and queen! The rooms are so luxurious and the amenities were top notch! We will be back !!!

Beautiful place to stay!

The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. Given the price of the stay, the overall experience did not meet expectations. It may be worth noting that staying during a holiday week or weekend could impact service quality, as the hotel did not seem adequately equipped to deliver the level of service it aims to provide.
