I’m not really sure where to start. Upon arriving at the hotel and parking, the elevator was out of service. At check-in they forgot to give us our complementary drink tickets that you get for being a member. Walking to our room we saw that all the fountains were off. I’m sure it had something to do with maintenance but again I booked this hotel specifically because of how beautiful it was. The fountains didn’t fill up and turn back on until the day we left. I booked a poolside view, but our patio was right up against the bars of the pool area with no way of accessing it from our room again not a huge issue but isn’t an ideal for sight for sitting on the balcony. After checking in, we decided to go to the pool around 5pm. We went to the oasis pool because the sign said they had pool service until 6 PM upon going in, They told us they stopped serving at five and tried to tell us the sign said it was 5 PM. We explained to them that’s not what the sign says and the manager said he would look into it. There was a pile of room serves plates outside our room from the time we checked in until the early morning. Then on our second night, our bathroom ceiling started leaking through the light. They moved us into a different room but that’s literally all they did. They didn’t go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. They did the bare minimum which was moving us rooms because it was a safety issue. And the pools were cloudy and not clear blue like in the photos.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly above and beyond. The staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had an incredible stay.(see picture) The resort is absolutely beautiful, with spotless, well-maintained rooms and excellent amenities. One of the biggest perks was the convenient shuttle service to the TPC golf course, which made getting around effortless. We visited over the Fourth of July for Freedom Fest, and it exceeded every expectation. The live concerts, spectacular fireworks, incredible drone show, fun jumpers for families, and the vintage air show made for an unforgettable celebration. This was truly an amazing experience and a bucket-list trip for us. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for exceptional service and an unforgettable getaway!

Our check-in at Clear Sky Resort–Grand Canyon went smoothly. Tijan assisted us and was very friendly and welcoming. Staying in a dome was definitely a unique experience. The dome was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the swing was a fun addition. The night sky was amazing and was one of the highlights of our stay. There was also a small refrigerator in the room, but because the temperature inside the dome was warm, it did not keep our items very cold. Unfortunately, we had an issue with ants coming into the dome during the evening and early morning, which made it difficult for us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. We contacted the office twice. The first time, someone came and swept the ants out, but they returned. The staff told us that we could move to another dome if the problem happened again. When we reported the ants a second time, someone came and sprayed the area instead of moving us. The ants did not return immediately, so we assumed the spray had worked. However, they came back later after we were already tired and settling in for the night. Overall, the concept is unique, and the night sky is beautiful, but in my opinion, the stay was not worth the amount of money we paid. It felt like we were mostly paying for the experience rather than the comfort and level of service expected from a resort. Guests should understand that they are staying at their own risk. This review reflects only my personal experience and opinion.
