Rooms were small and when the air was on you could smell the age and the mustiness. Shower was tiny and strange. Won’t stay again. Staff was friendly. (1,098 reviews) So, our room was great. The hotel and the staff were very nice. The only issue we had, however, was with the valet only situation. I felt like it was very difficult to access my vehicle overnight and I didn't like that. Also, it says it's $30 a night for valet and we were only there for one night, less than 15 hours in total, and they charged me for two nights, I contacted them through their website and they have yet to respond... it's been a week. It's just a little frustrating.
