6/10 Okay

"The hotel was very clean, however the carpets were stained beyond what could be reasonably mitigated. The faucet in our bathroom provided only hot water. The coffee and hot water dispensers in the lobby weren’t regularly tended to, so we didn’t have the option of getting a drink before our early flight. The staff was very friendly and prompt, including the wonderful shuttle driver who handled our bags at 5 am with great courtesy and care."

"The room was cold as it was cold outside. The heater didn't kick on. The staff said the whole hotel was switched to air condition only, NO heat. We used the luke warm hot tub. The jets didn't work. The pool was disgusting. There was debris and goose droppings all over. The bed was very uncofortable and the shower wouldn't drain. I do not recommend this as a place to stay."

"This Hotel is absolutely amazing in all areas. It is centrally located to shops and restaurants. The room was well maintained. The shuttle picked me up and dropped me off at the airport in a timely manner in addition to dropping me off to hike. The have self serve snacks and drinks all day. The staff was extremely helpful and very happy to be working there. Room service arrived in less than 30 minutes. TV has all the channels and Netflix's, YOUTUBE, etc. The shower is amazing along with huge bath towels and comfy robes to wear. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely return."

"Our room wasn't very clean. It didn't appear to have been vacuumed and we found a bag of groceries in a drawer from the previous occupants. Also, the air conditioning in our room didn't seem to work very well and it was pretty uncomfortable during our stay. Other rooms may have been nicer and it could have been a one off situation."
