The hotel was very nice and looked well kept. Room was nice, bed was very comfortable (and large). The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive, We stayed for a concert in Bootle and the hotel was conveniently located near the railway station so we had no difficulty getting there.

A notch above Travelodge. No real atmosphere. Terrible interior design. All very shabby chic - doesn’t feel like luxury.

Can’t fault the hotel. Or the staff lovely big room great breakfast But unfortunately I didn’t look at reviews regarding the noise level. As it was right in the middle off the bars and nightclubs scene. The noise was about till 3 am Thursday and friday night. Musics and revellers Enjoying Liverpool But cannot fault the hotel whatsoever.

The property is superb and the place was spotless surrounded by beautiful countryside. The only issue was the breakfast, obviously there were no staff to serve at breakfast so it was a bit every man for himself, the food and drink is all laid out the night before so first up is best dressed. By the time we got down, 9.00 am there was no fruit or yoghurt left and a tiny bit of butter to go with the stale bread and pastries. I think a lot of people are basically pigs at a buffet and very rarely think of other people. Couldn’t fault the hotel but maybe a different way of serving up breakfast.
