Great guest house. The view of the bay is fantastic. We had lovely room, number 1, with fabulous views of the bay. Its really well situated close to lots of good restaurants. Great location for the great orme too. Its a really welcoming and easy going place. Brian and family were very accommodating. Plenty of outdoor seating and seating in lounge bar inside too. They operate a honesty bar, great idea, with good choices, beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks and some chocolate. (Crisps would be good). Free tea and coffee. We forgot our decaf teabags, was surprised they had some and gave us half a dozen for use in our room. Room was lovely, nice and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows, choose what your want. Breakfast was pre-order it was lovely and freshly cooked, with good choices. Would recommend and return. Well done to you all.

Fantastic place! The grounds are amazing! We stayed for 2 nights our wedding anniversary in the Gingerbread House. Wonderful! Very spacious and lovely bed! Power shower too! The food here is also amazing as are the staff. Can't do enough for you. Will definitely go again and can't recommend enough!

Amazing experience in Liverpool and Municipal hotel was exceptional! The staffs who service the breakfast were superb, the reception were very friendly and helpful, thank you all, we are looking forward to coming back here soon . xx

If this was Four in a Bed, I would NOT be paying the full amount! The communal decor of the property was nice and the food was delicious, but the weighing staff could have been a bit quicker. The room again, was well decorated, but really not functional. There wasn't much room to move either side of the bed. The shower cubical was in the corner and tiny. Sliding the door open was a struggle to open, then when inside there was no room to move and the options were water falling from a rainfall head with no room to move out of it's way, or horizontal towards the other side of the shower. Now I'm of average height and it flew over the top of my head. There was no mechanism to move it up or down vertically or towards you at all, the position was fixed. The toilet was so close to the sink I hit my head on it while trying to sit down. The hairdryer was rubbish and blew in after 3 seconds smelling of smoke, going downstairs in my PJs with wet hair wasn't fun. I was told they would bring another up but that never happened. And to finish the sandwich, the parking was ample.

We were unable to sleep in the room due to the fact it was too hot and had no air con, so we had to leave. If a hotel does not have air con it needs to be made clearer when making the booking, especially y in the summer time.
