9.4/10 Exceptional! (572 reviews)
Good area, close to ginza and convenient stores nearby and walking distance.. about 5-7 minute walk to train stations. The only con were the beds and futons which were very uncomfortable and seemed outdated. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (168 reviews)
Everything was great and beyond expectation. Only one small issue: the coffee machine didn't seem to be working or not cleaned for a while. However, everything else was amazing.

Manchester (MAN) to Tokyo (HND)
9.6/10 Exceptional! (699 reviews)
It’s a lovely modern hotel. Our room was a good size by Tokyo standards. The bathroom was great. Comfortable beds. This was our first visit to Tokyo and I think we should have selected a different location than shinjuku, a livelier area than usual to our taste..
The only real criticism involves breakfast, which was tasty, however the wait for a table and subsequent service was extraordinarily long - 1/2 hour one morning, Also, one evening at dinner, my wife’s dinner order was switched at the last minute and replaced by a fish we’ve never heard of.
All in all, it was good but perhaps not the best value.

I’m glad I found this hotel, room is so much bigger, complete mini kitchen, and a washer dryer too! Just wonderful! Very close to TCAT so it’s easy to get to the airport bus. Close to most attractions in the city, and just a few minutes walking distance to train stations. Will definitely stay again and will also recommend to friends! Hotel staff also was so nice and accommodating, I was able to borrow a hair straightener and extra pillows.
