Convenient location, outstanding view from the balcony and rooftop terrace. Enjoyed free access to the saunas. Only issue was no AC so had to keep patio door open all night while town was partying. Not so restful.

We haven been visiting this property for over a decade. We beared witness to her glorious day and it is sad to see her gradual decade.
For value of money and a quiet location, this is ideal. However, since the change of managing structure, they have implemented a list of cost cutting exercises. The reception, children’s playroom, spa, stream room, Japanese bath, the store at the back of the bakery (whichever turned a real estate agent and now vacant) had all but disappeared.
There is with dampness across the corridor. Certain lights in the swimming area are not operational and corrosion are seen in some fittings. The temperature of the water in the swimming pool is turned down and closed at

This is a very conveniently located 4-star hotel near the bus lines and the main pedestrian walkway in Chamonix. I like the lobby and the breakfast very much. The jaccuzi is not heated and the sauna is not as hot as most people who use saunas would generally like. Prices are a bit high. Overall, good hotel, but not a 5 rating in my book.
