No hand towels, missing face cloths, noisy AC, shower was messy and awkward. Breakfast was great but staff only attentive if you tipped them.

Highly recommend this hotel since it is conveniently close to shops, beach, restaurants

My whole experience was amazing. Located right in the middle of all attraction's. All the staff are very professional and so kind. I would definitely stay again.

Everything ok except for tv unoperable

Room was clean and spacious, crew was always courteous . Next door to a big mall was a big plus with restaurants and shopping /grocery /pharmacy .

Staff was excellent, especially Mich and Abigail who welcomed us on that first day. I think the primarily worked at the Saffron cafe. Breakfast was awesome. I love how the staff remembered my coffee preference and the wide variety of breakfast offering. Leave room for croissants. Jennifer and Zhenn were great at keeping my room cleaned. If you ever use the spa Zeth was great. She helped ease the pain in my lower back. Location was a pleasant change from the crowds of station 2 and 3. You practically had the beach to yourself at certain times of the day. I had a deluxe seaview room and i loved waking up to the view of the ocean. Will definitely come back

Staff were first class. The room was spotless. The hotel is in the best position and beautiful beach at station 1.

We had an amazing time at Oseidon Hotel. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Everyone was super accommodating to our needs. They went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy. The breakfast was good, lots of variety to choose from, there were no fruit on the menu, but they went out and got what we were looking for to serve it at breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was very convenient, only 3 minute walk to main beach, but quiet enough at night. The pool was the perfect place to cool off after a long day at the beach! The receptionist Reymark and all the other staff were so kind! Would highly recommend staying here!
