The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the reception team and the bar staff who were quick and efficient even when it was busy. There are lots of pools to choose from, which was fantastic, and the buffet had a really good variety of food. The only downsides were that the rooms in the main hotel felt a bit dated, and there was no food or drinks service on the beach despite being told at reception that there would be. It was quite inconvenient having to walk about 6/7 minutes each way to get water or drinks, especially with little kids. Otherwise, it’s a lovely hotel overall — great service, good facilities, and a relaxing stay.
