Additionally, the steam room was out of order during our stay, the changing facilities were below expectations, and the lockers required guests to bring their own padlocks. My advice is stay at the Hilton or Radission ,they are similar in price and free acess to the pool.

Lovely staff , quiet and peaceful stay

Lovely hotel in a great location. Rowan at reception was welcoming and helpful. The only thing that made the experience an 8/10 instead of a 10/10, was the room was almost unbearably hot. The air conditioning was antiquated, incredibly loud and largely ineffectual.

We stayed at Lanelay Hall for two nights. Everything was excellent from the accommodation (lovely room) to the food in the GLOK restaurant to the staff - particularly the staff who were so friendly and helpful. We would fully recommend this hotel to anyone.
