Staff provided excellent service suggesting restaurants, attractions, etc. rooftop was beautiful. Breakfast was impressive as it was all inclusive. Rooms were very large considering it was in the heart of Rome and bathrooms were as well. The elevator was small, but it always worked!

Room was dirty the bathtub was dirty with a ring around the tub the shower drain was clogged water did not drain there was candy in the floor stains in the bathroom like someone brushed teeth and left residue there was gray hair in the floor carpets the ac was set to 60 degrees room was not getting cold
