(1,059 reviews) For the property to be considered luxury, a lot of work will need to be done. Upon checking in I noted, the bed linens to be dingy-did not look fresh at all, the carpet was also with smudge, water stains on most surfaces-giving it an unclean appearance. There was a strong sewerage smell through the room and it was very pungent in the bathroom. Overall the room was not at all luxury so lower your expectations while booking. The lobby was not decorated with any Christmas lights or ornaments like most hotel lobbies especially ones that are supposed to be luxe. I went to the restaurant before checking out and there was only one table sitting…the staff uniforms were with stains and because of the lack of ambience and consistent lack of detail throughout my stay, I decided to go to Four Seasons for brunch instead. Place is a bit pricey, but it was very comfortable and had some nice extras in the room like fruit sparkling water, etc. Be careful with the alcohol fridge, as if you only take out one to look at, it be charged to your account. The cost of a little wine bottle is 30 dollars. We made that mistake, but the staff quickly adjusted our bill.
