First the positives... the place is pretty clean and well located. Breakfast was ok. The rooms are large and the AC worked well. The main issues.... there was only one open electrical outlet in the room; making it difficult to keep phones and laptops charged. They eventually brought a power strip to fix that issue. WiFi initially didn't work but, after about an hour, they got that going too. The front door to the room was broken. We had to essentially lift the door and shift it to the left to get it to close and lock. Maintenance guy came to look at it and said he would come back the next day to fix it. He never showed up.

Everything about Riad Le Jardin was perfect! The staff was super-amazing! They were patient, kind, respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, and humorous! Extra thank you to Abdul, Ahmed, the other young man-Nahjwa?? (Sorry, can’t remember his name! The food was superb! My sister and I will definitely return. We have nothing negative to say about the place and the service. It felt like home!

I paid for the suite with a soaking tub and the room had no soaking tub. I would have otherwise not paid for such amenity. Also, the cleaning staff kept turning off our air conditioning. This was quite annoying since it was over 100 degrees in Marrakech - we would have liked to come back to a cold room. One night we came back and were questioned by management about whether we were really staying at the property. Finally, the hammam was not in operation and we received no notice of this. We would have again reserved elsewhere had we know. Otherwise, the property itself was lovely.
