Fantastic resort. Villa 10 always felt like coming home and the people were wonderful. Daniel and the wonderful people who looked after us made the stay all the better. Couldn’t recommend Round Hill enough.

The property was beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed the pools. The room was very nice.
The service was non existent.
The food was not good and I almost never received what I ordered from room service and even in the restaurant with no explanation. The buffet was closed multiple times.
Entertainment and activities were mediocre.
The spa itself was lovely but my service was below average.
The beach area was quite small but nice, service again was poor.

The restaurants were amazing. Great food. All the staff we encountered were friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help us out. The only issues we had were: 1. The elevator in the second building. It was either really slow or frequently breaking down. 2. Our room shower head had really low water pressure. I reported it but it didn’t get fixed. 3. The bar by the Pizza Hut had a female bartender that always claimed they ran out of champagne but we would see other bartenders pouring champagne for other guest. 4. All the pools could use a little more water. Water levels appeared low. Water line was below the skimmer. Besides that, we had a fun and relaxing time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Majestic Elegance Resort!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Majestic Elegance Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, valued, and completely at home. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing and memorable vacation.
A special thank you goes to our concierge, Rafael Vasquez, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference and helped make our trip stress-free and enjoyable.
We would also like to recognize Michael, one of the bartenders, who provided outstanding service with a smile every day. His friendly personality and great drinks added so much fun to our vacation.
Another big thank you to the two evening bartenders in the main lower lobby—both happened to have the same name (which unfortunately we forgot! 😂). They were always welcoming, attentive, and made every evening special. Their excellent service and positive energy did not go unnoticed.
And of course, a huge shout-out to Pepa from the entertainment team! She brought so much enthusiasm, fun, and energy to every activity. Her passion for making guests happy is truly remarkable.
Thank you to everyone at Majestic Elegance Resort for creating such a fantastic experience. We made wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended!
