Ummanz Island Honeymoon Holidays

It was not as close to Peenemunde as we would have hoped, but the feeling of the hotel, the grounds, the atmosphere and area were very nice.

A quiet place with easy access to the town

The rooms are very nice, comfy and stylish. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom is well appointed with a great shower. There wasn't air conditioning in my room which did make it a little warm but not unbearable. I would recommend to others

Great for transport connections. Spacious bedroom and comfortable bed. Double glazing cuts noise effectively. Air con was set at 19. I couldn't adjust it to lower temperature despite repeated attempts. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and dining room was pleasant.

We wondered why the property had 4 stars. For a German hotel having room cleanup every second day, no to very poor sound isolation between the rooms and finally a single elevator for its 8 floors, I would say it was a three stars hotel in outskirts of the city centre. The roof top restaurant was okey for the panorama view but this is it.

Just an all around great hotel with extraordinary check in staff !

This is a lovely place to stay if you have more time in Hamburg and want to experience a more historic, relaxing area.

Property should be updated and remodeled

We wondered why the property had 4 stars. Great location, Good breakfast - A bit overpriced as Spa and Pool area wasnt top class. And I just don’t get why Germans forces tourists to be naked in the sauna??? They can do whatever they want but please let others keep our swimwear on!
