I really enjoyed my stay there.I was there for 3 nights. Staff was awesome.They were very helpful and upgraded me for free Because I was a expedia member
I will stay there anytime really enjoyed the pool. The restaurants were amazing the Food was delicious. Our room was very quiet and clean .

I stayed in the executive suite for two nights upon arrival to Manila and two nights prior to leaving Manila. The hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful and the morning buffet was exceptional. The staff at the pool bar were very polite and the pool is very clean as is the gym equipment. We’ll stay here again if needed.

The room was in great shape but I think the service could have been better.
Our bags were not delivered in our room until an hour later. If I didn't call the front desk, it would have probably taken longer. In addition, there was a leftover underwear by the jacuzzi area which was an oversight of the cleaners.
Apart from that, it was good. I just wished the service could have been more clockwork.
