Indonesia Honeymoon Holidays

We stayed in a villa. Worth every penny. The staff were outstanding, especially big shout out to June for greeting us by name every morning and taking such good care of us. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Villas were immaculate. The restaurant and room service had everything we needed. Could not speak more highly of the whole experience.

This resort was amazingly relaxing! The staff are warm and kind! This was our best stay in Bali. Great for relaxation, wellness, touring around Ubud!! Very private and perfect for honeymoon or anniversaries.

The suite we booked is the same we stayed in 5years ago. Unfortunately the hotel has not been updated in that time. Our room had been stripped of most things including soft furnishings and decorating vases/ornamental items, empty shelves everywhere. The lounge chair was worn-out. We found staff struggled to communicate and had little or no knowledge on drinks or availability of products. Breakfast was basic, we ordered different items and found the food average at best. We felt most staff customer service was low and interaction was not aniciated freely. Considering the cost of room's we would not book again in comparison to other hotels we stayed in this holiday.

Unfortunately, we had bed bugs, which was quite evident when we looked at the mattress, When we showed the staff, they seemed very unperturbed. Like it was normal. They organised to change our room the same day though.
