Great reception staff and breakfast cafe staff. Incredibly helpful and professional.
The hotel itself was made with good materials like marbles and woods but everything is stained and damaged. Really horrible experience walking on old dirty carpet.s and seeing walls that need painting everywhere. Really needs an interior designer to help them put it back together nicely. People spend their very hard earned money and don't want to feel like their in a dilapidated environment.

Convenient location to reach beach, restaurants and shopping as well as the ferry terminal and train. All walkable. Room was spacious. Shower was great! Breakfast was very good. Hotel staff was excellent. We didn’t like the immediate area outside the hotel which was dirty, garbage, etc. The “sea view” room we reserved didn’t have a great view due to construction. More a view of an adjacent parking lot.
