Mallorca Interior Honeymoon Holidays

The management was not very helpful and was what I would describe as fake friendly. The servers and housekeeping staff(one and the same) were fantastic! Incredibly helpful and friendly. Management should take a cue from theses ladies. There was no bathroom in the lobby, restaurant or the pool. We had to go back to our room, very strange. The breakfast buffet and coffee were outstanding. No official parking. We had to fight for spots with the church goers. If you like the boutique hotel/bed and breakfast type of accommodation, located in a ghost town in the middle of nowhere, this is your spot. I'm so conflicted about this place.

Beautiful location and grounds. However a few of the amenities listed were non existent. The restaurant was closed only served a buffet breakfast. Apparently hasn’t been in service for 2 years. There is no bar on-site, poolside, swim up or otherwise. It is not a winery. Not having anywhere to eat or drink on-site was a major inconvenience. As you had to drive to the nearest town.

Check in was efficient and staff friendly and attentive. Room clean and spacious in a quiet area of the hotel. Restaurant excellent with very good food, outdoor pool area clean and tidy with plenty of available sunbeds.

We checked in around 9-10pm August 14 with a 6am flight the next day necessitating leaving the hotel at 3am. Better part of a grand for a 1 night (5hour) stay in a villa/house. Air condition working nicely downstairs where parents were staying. But, upstairs where the children were, it was still roasting. The children did not complain until after 11pm and wife (an electrical engineer) finds an upstairs AC control and system says 'locked'. We did not want to call for a repairman because the villa was a 10 minute drive alone from the check-in and did not want a repairman showing up to interrupt what little sleep we would get. All 4 of us had to sleep in the same downstairs bed. Called management after returned on plane who said another manager would help me but 3-4 weeks later no call. I called again and they said another manager would call.

An absolutely unforgettable stay! By far the best hotel experience we've ever had, everything from the beautiful building, amenities, food and the incredible staff. Our room was even better than we imagined and every detail was thought of, the little welcome snacks and wine in the room were a lovely touch. The pool and lounge areas were perfect and the golf course was stunning - and challenging! Food at La Terazza restaurant was incredible and such beautiful views. The locations was perfect for us, just a €10 taxi ride to Manacor, with great bus options to Porto Cristo. One thing I have to shout about is the incredible staff at La Reserva. We were celebrating my husband's 30th birthday and they did absolutely everything to make it the most special time, we are beyond grateful and will always remember their kindness and thoughtfulness. A big thank you to Llorenç as well for helping us so much with taxis and making the whole trip stress-free. Muchos gracias La Reserva, we will absolutely be back ❤️
