The rooms are outdated, with worn décor and an uncomfortable mattress that appeared well past its useful life. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room, and the air conditioning ventilation was leaking, which further affected the overall comfort of my stay.

If we had the opportunity to come back to Istanbul we wouldn’t stay here. I’m sorry. Small gym, problems on cleaning the rooms, when cleaned it still the floor was dirty. Stairs and corridors dirty with trash and garbage bags spilling from the garbage. WiFi connection weak or does not work on room 225-226. For a five star hotel still has a lot to change and get better. High prices for bad service.

I stayed at this hotel for ten days, and I can confidently say that the attitude of the front desk staff was one of the worst parts of my experience.
The reception staff were consistently irritated, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional when dealing with guests. Instead of making guests feel welcome, their attitude made it seem as though every simple question or request was a burden to them. The way they communicate with customers is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that presents itself as a five-star property.
