The resort was amazing, my only concern is that there was not wheel chairs available at the resort, we had to order one that came all the way from Mobay.

Loved it so perfect for a calm vibe in Negril. Came for my 22nd birthday.

The rooms were immaculate and well kept. Most of the staff was kind and professional. Courteous. I saw plenty amenities provided for young children. Although I didn't have any children of my own there. Breakfast was excellent, especially at the Blue lagoon. The bathrooms on property were exceptionally well kept and clean continuously.

This was a very nice resort. The rooms were clean, well stocked, and spacious. The pools were very nice. The restaurants(4) you need to make a reservation but I was told all but one was closed on a Monday. The 1 restaurant we did get to eat at the Brazilian steak House was amazing. Overall a nice vacation spot. Beware though, if you decide on an excursion anyone that “helps” you expects a tip. The tour guide only took us to 1 store to shop for souvenirs and the lunch that was provided wasn’t great.

This is an extremely peaceful and relaxing getaway, rooms are more traditional but lovely and I love the private porch, staff were amazing, beach was amazing . I would definitely recommend

I’ll start with the good: the staff is extremely friendly, the entertainment team does their best to keep guests entertained, the beach is absolutely beautiful and amazing, the pools are nice, and the food is very good. Now for the bad, which is very important to me. The room cleaning is terrible. They don’t make sure the room is properly stocked with the necessary items. When they cleaned my room, it was actually worse than before, and the smell almost made me throw up. To make matters worse, the housekeeper told me she wasn’t carrying any clean towels. Disgusting. The air conditioning in the restaurants that are supposed to have it is barely noticeable. Only the buffet feels properly air-conditioned, and some restaurants don’t have air conditioning at all. With Jamaica’s heat, it’s absolutely necessary. The lobby area near the coffee station smells like urine. Overall, the cleanliness throughout the resort is very poor, almost nonexistent. And they don’t have parking spaces
