**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A five-star experience — for our pet too!** Our stay at the Four Seasons Resort Naples was simply spectacular from start to finish. From check-in, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, and the attention to detail was felt in every corner: impeccable rooms, breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, and service that anticipates every need before you even ask. What truly surprised us was how well they treated our dog. The staff asked for him by name, brought him water during our walks around the resort, and the "canine concierge" recommended nearby pet-friendly parks and areas. It was clear that for them, pets aren't just "tolerated" — they're genuinely welcomed and pampered. Between the spa, the exceptional restaurants, and the white sand beaches, every moment felt like a well-deserved luxury. Without a doubt, one of the best resorts we've ever stayed at, both for us and for our four-legged companion. We'll definitely be back!

Our entire experience was exceptional. We checked in easily with a very attentive front desk attendant. A friendly gentleman on a golf cart then escorted us to a great parking spot. He was very kind and gave us a warm welcome. He also pointed out a sign to us showing how high the water was on this property after the devastating back to back hurricanes. We went to the room and it was very clean, cool and had all that we needed for our stay. We arrived late so we immediately bedded down for the night. The next morning we went to the included breakfast buffet. Everyone was so very nice. There are two lines. One line is an omelet station and the chef is so busy but does so well. He was amazing to watch him cook 6 custom omelets at a time! The second line has eggs, proteins like sausage links and bacon, pancakes, waffles, tacos, French toast. The items varied every day. There was a cereal, bread and yogut station. There was also mixed fruit and whole fruit The pools were great. The hottub was perfect. The drinks on the beach were delivered right to your seat by ordering through the QR code. The beach was like no other. It was warm, calm, with chairs, side tables with umbrellas for shade. There were beach activities like paddle boards, jet skis, cornhole and kayaks available but we did not give them a try. We will be back!
