Zealand Honeymoon Holidays

Our stay there was wonderful. We experienced a travel issue and Andre and Nihad at the front desk were not only extremely helpful but probably some of the kindest people I have ever met. They helped to turn a difficult situation into a much more relaxed experience and I am forever grateful! Everyone we interacted with was also lovely. Would highly recommend staying here!

AMEX is not accepted everywhere, but otherwise, I had a great Katy! Would definitely return to this property again!

There needs To be some sort of help in getting the luggage up & down the stairs in the front. It’s a struggle to carry suitcases up & down the entrance steps. They’re solid either be a ramp or a bell boy.

Great breakfast and room. It’s a bit of a walk though.

The king bed was very comfortable.The linen for sheets and towels was excellent.We were grateful that our room was air conditioned, we started off in a room that was humid and too warm, we were grateful tthey moved us. The shower needed a non slip bath mat, and it wasn't available. For some reason they don't provide Face cloths, just lovely hand towels. The food at the restaurants was excellent, in flavour, design, seasonings, presentation and attentive service .

Booked a weekend flight & hotel package through Expedia and airline cancelled flight at the last minute - hotel would not refund anything. TOXIC - BE CAREFUL
