Very nice hotel stay. The front desk staff and even the maid was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and modern. The location is a 15-20 minute walk from old town and so many other attractions. The room temps are controlled to a few degrees (19-21 C) so I just opened the patio door as too hot for me. The hot tub, sauna and steam room were all nice and clean as well. Safe for single travelers as well.

Good hotel in decent location. Great family oriented amenities.
Guestroom is well laid out and good sized. Cleanliness is a somewhat an issue with dust, hair, crumbs in the room. Toilet wasn’t very clean. These were rectified after informing guest services. Didn’t have in room coffee till our last day.
Buffet restaurant was good for breakfast. Dinner buffet is reasonably priced with a decent selection of simple menu mainly targeted to seniors and family. Drinks are reasonably priced as well.
Easy walk from the hotel to the beach and offers a good selection of restaurants.
There are several grocery stores very close by and guestrooms have mini fridge for drinks and items.

Not used this trip (March 2026) but did last August. Outdoor pool and attached whirlpool is not heated, so both were 'refreshing' but still nice. Indoor spa has a fantastic range of hot pools and facilities - but has to be paid for and gets booked up quickly.

An amazing hotel which is immaculate and has all the facilities that you would require in a five star hotel. The only thing that I would change is the breakfast as I was vegetarian and there was very little warm vegetarian breakfast choices.
