We recently traveled to the Dominican Republic as a group of three families and stayed at the TRS Turquesa Hotel. Coordinating dining for three separate families can be a challenge, but Norielis managed to get us all tables together on our very first night, and she successfully ensured we dined together every single evening of our stay. ​She also secured a large table for our entire group at the Chic Cabaret & Restaurant show, which was a phenomenal experience that everyone in our party absolutely loved. Norielis’s attention to detail, warmth, and dedication represent the very best of TRS Turquesa. If you get the chance to work with her, you are in the best hands!

My stay at the Grand Palladium Select exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality and treated like a valued guest. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food and amenities made every day enjoyable. What truly made this trip unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every employee I encountered was kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, cared for, and safe throughout my entire stay. Whether I was relaxing around the resort, dining, or exploring the property, I always had peace of mind knowing the staff was attentive and looking out for their guests. The level of service and attention to detail was exceptional, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy my vacation. I left with wonderful memories and can’t thank the team enough for making my stay so special. If you’re looking for a resort where you’ll not only enjoy beautiful surroundings but also feel genuinely safe, respected, and cared for, I highly recommend the Grand Palladium Select. I can’t wait to come back!

Definitely not 4 star as advertised. Service could have been better; not enough staff especially at the pool area. Beach furniture is very worn and they could definitely use more umbrellas at the pool area. Food was really good. My favorite restaurants were Naan on the Esmeralda resort and MEAT.
