Good location. Walking distance to many shopping districts and local attractions like the ROM. Easy access to subway system. Hotel is always quiet and housekeeping early and helpful.

My only issue is that the elevator doors close too quickly and as a handicapped person this is very frustrating as I cannot get inside the elevator fast enough

At the front door, Nicholas was always there with a warm smile, genuine energy, and readiness to assist. Whether it was simply greeting me or helping with directions and transport, he consistently made me feel valued and cared for. His presence truly set a welcoming tone every time I entered or left the hotel. The concierge team deserves special recognition—particularly Vanessa and Erica. They are a true asset to the Park Hyatt. Not only were they highly knowledgeable about Toronto, but they took the time to understand my needs and preferences, going above and beyond to ensure I had the best experiences during my visit. Their recommendations were spot-on, and their professionalism was matched with a personal warmth that made every interaction a joy. I will absolutely return and would recommend the Park Hyatt Toronto.
