Salzburg Lakes Area Honeymoon Holidays

The hotel is just 10min drive from Salzburg Central station. Hotel was very traditional and cozy. It has an antique and authentic touch of Austrian tradition. The staff was very polite and helpful and were dressed in beautiful traditional attire. The hotel room were very grand had had a beautiful balcony view . The breakfast menu was extensive and had vegetarian options as well. The seating arrangements were also beautiful. Overall I loved my stay there and would definitely visit it again.

Nice place with friendly staff. The lack of AC on hot days was only mitigated by a fan. The parking was difficult , but they were very accommodating for an old driver with the best spot. The nature around and the lake are spectacular and I highly recommend it for a vacation.

The Guest Mobility ticket for bus service was a nice and welcome surprise. I used it extensively to get around the area and to return to Salzburg to continue my journey by train. The secure WI-FI had a very, very poor signal which made it very difficult to use. Fortunately for me, I could use my VPN on the unsecure WI-FI and that worked just fine.

The hotel is wonderful overall; however, some rooms—specifically the one I stayed in, room 402—have a very low ceiling next to the bed. This poses a safety concern, as there is a high risk of hitting one’s head when getting up. Additionally, the shower is particularly cramped and uncomfortable.

The Guest Mobility ticket for bus service was a nice and welcome surprise. I used it extensively to get around the area and to return to Salzburg to continue my journey by train. I loved my stay (second time) at this beautiful and genteel property. It isn’t your fault but my neighbors were having extremely loud sex in the wee hours of the morning. I thought the woman was being murdered at first. It went on and on and on. Other than that everything was peaceful and serene. I think she was having a wonderful time. It was just a bit obnoxious and probably scary for the children who heard it bouncing off the lake and mountains😬😘I appreciate all you do to make your guests happy and welcome and appreciated. I loved my driver to the Salzburg train station, it was the second time he’s driven me to get to the places I need to be to start my journey back to Florida. If I could figure out a way I would love to live in beautiful St. Wolfgang❤️❤️❤️
