The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The outdoor swimming pool and the spa were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I would definitely recommend this hotel. One suggestion: you don't have to have dinner at the hotel. There are probably better restaurants nearby offering better quality and value for money.

We had a wonderful experience at Black Bird Thermal Hotel & Spa in Termal, Yalova. Everything was excellent—from the warm hospitality and professional reception staff to the beautiful location and relaxing facilities. The spa and massage services were amazing, and we especially enjoyed the indoor and outdoor thermal pools. Having thermal water available directly in our room made our stay even more special and comfortable. The hotel also offers easy parking, a good breakfast, and a nice children’s area, which was very convenient because we traveled with our five-year-old daughter. A very kind and helpful lady at reception, who spoke English very well, helped us reserve an ATV tour around the area. It turned out to be one of the best and most enjoyable experiences of our trip. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Mr. Furkan. He was extremely respectful, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay and assisted us with several other matters. His professionalism and kindness reflected the hotel’s excellent standard of hospitality. The hotel is absolutely worth the price. Many thanks to Mr. Furkan and the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend Black Bird Thermal Hotel & Spa and would be very happy to return
