Not clean at all and when we checked the staff said we are not allowed to use the hotel for lunch even though we paid for an all-inclusive package. Since we arrived late on the first day and missed lunch, but we still expected to have access to the hotel services.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The outdoor swimming pool and the spa were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
One suggestion: you don't have to have dinner at the hotel. There are probably better restaurants nearby offering better quality and value for money.
