It was a great stay! The pool allowed us to cool off, the staff was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond for dinner, the place is amazing. Highly recommend !

I usually stay at this hotel a couple times a year and have noticed it has been going downhill. I don't know if I'll go back again. I can get over the fact that they don't replace the 3 instant coffee packs for your room, but it was reflecting on how I felt when I left the Seze.
While there are some nice staff at the front desk, the main front desk lady was very insincere/condescending and borderline rude, this is not at all normal for Bordeaux. While waiting in the lobby in the mornings for my ride, there were multiple complaints about room cleanliness. As well, when I went for breakfast the first day I was waiting for the lady to get a table and she looked at me annoyed and said "yes?", to the point I said "would it be ok if I have breakfast here", while I recognize she might be busy there is no reason to take it out on me, what does she think I wanted standing there, an oil change for my car? I will say the waiter was nice. Parking was also very limited and expensive.
The best part of the hotel was how helpful the night staff were while I stayed there.
