Staff very well trained just a little over the top with greetings which the brits are not use too.

I came for my birthday and the staff were so lovely and amazing. Jose was amazing dropped me to the station, all the staff in general made my stay so magical! Definitely recommend and will be back soon!

Excellent property along the river with stunning views and great proximity to walking paths, hiking trails, and mountain lifts.
Staff are very service oriented and made our stay memorable. We extended by a day because we just didn’t want to leave!

It’s one of the best hotels I have stayed so far , excellent staff ,big rooms with shower and tub and extremely friendly staff very helpful and walkable to down town and excellent inclusive breakfast .I would definitely go back and stay in the same hotel .
