The place was lovely and had laundry facilities which was a nice surprise

We loved our stay! The hotel is itself a piece of history, spacious and comfortable. The beds were nice, the breeze from our window was lovely. Visby’s attractions (like the museum, botanical gardens, domkyrka and ruins) were all within walking distance. We enjoyed the healthy and delicious breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the pool. We had dinner at the hotel one night—the salmon was delicious! Make sure to try the lemon cream pie drink if you like lemon pie and mixed drinks!

Staff was welcoming and very attentive. Food was wonderful. The ambiance of the main lobby, front desk, and bar is so splendid and comfortable. Really enjoyed my cozy room, which was clean, and I got a couple of great nights of sleep! I intend to return on my next visit.

While all the staff was great from the start, I was particularly impressed by the kindness and welcoming nature of two: 1- Louise, at the reception desk, helped me from the moment I arrived and was patient and empathetic and 2- Rima, the woman working in the Executive Lounge. She was so attentive and thoughtful from day 1! I take with me great memories of this nice hotel.

The staff at Quality Hotel 11 are wonderful - warm, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I had a wonderful weekend there, and definitely plan to go back. The hotel is beautifully designed, the breakfasts are fantastic, and I would highly recommend a stay there - particularly if you're going to an event at Eriksbergshallen!

The staff at Quality Hotel 11 are wonderful - warm, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I had a wonderful weekend there, and definitely plan to go back. The hotel is beautifully designed, the breakfasts are fantastic, and I would highly recommend a stay there - particularly if you're going to an event at Eriksbergshallen!

The property was very nice and easy to locate as it was in the centre of town and easy access to transportation. Had all basic amenities in the room, the staff were very nice, respectful and responsive. They also upgraded my room at no cost which was very nice of them! The breakfast was very amazing, it was a 10/10 stay for my family and I.
