Getting to Venice takes a bus, then ferry ride for 1+ hour each way.

The staff were amazing! They went over and above with service. We couldn’t have been more pleased. We would stay there again. Absolutely wonderful property and service!

Nice facility, smaller hotel, we selected a room with a small balcony with a nice view of the Grand Canal. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of food. Much nicer than most hotels we’ve stayed at. Alessandro was very helpful. Lined up transportation to a from hotel, complimentary trip to Murano Glass factory, and a private tour of the Doge Palace & St. Mark’s Basilica. Guide also took us to the Ponte Di Rialto bridge & showed us a good restaurant. It was expensive. Everything was around $500: room, transportation to & from hotel & airport, tour. I was very pleased with everything.

We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived when we were given a glass of water whilst the staff got us checked us in and took our cases to our room and they also gave us a tour of all the amenities. Our room was kept tidy and clean during our stay with them even going into our room of an evening. Excellent pool and pool bar area. Easy enough to get a 15 minute water taxi to Venice Centre and it is also a close walk to Lido's beach. We asked reception about the water taxis, beach and airport journey and they give us easy to follow advice. We would definitely recommend this hotel and area. We preferred staying a 15 minute water taxi journey away from the tourist part of Venice. Even better that we saw a dolphin from the water taxi!

Stunning stay! The hotel was beautiful, staff was lovely, breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen in any hotel. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight! Making reservations for the pool was easy and we never had an issue booking a time. The hotel shuttle boat was very convenient and went from 9am-11pm, a short 10 minute ride, it was always on time. I would absolutely stay here again !!!

Note that on Monday’s (and Tuesday in our case) some of the shops and most of the onsite restaurants were closed so we had an inconvenient evening of trying to find a viable dining option. Otherwise, the property is beautiful and our stay was lovely.

The prosecco bottle supposed to be in the room at the beginning. At the check out I asked about it and they immediately fix it giving me a cold bottle. Really good customer service. Thanks!
