Very great experience. Perfect location as it’s only a quick walk to the metro. Grocery store is just around the corner which made it very convenient. Staff were very kind and accommodating. No complaints!

While all the staff was great from the start, I was particularly impressed by the kindness and welcoming nature of two: 1- Louise, at the reception desk, helped me from the moment I arrived and was patient and empathetic and 2- Rima, the woman working in the Executive Lounge. She was so attentive and thoughtful from day 1! I take with me great memories of this nice hotel.

We loved this hotel. It was the perfect location - we walked everywhere. The bed was comfortable. Our windows opened onto a view of a green space. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend this charming hotel.

Staff were very helpful and responsive. The buffet breakfast was ample and varied. Drawbacks are that it's a bit of a wallk to public transportation, the street is crowded with tourists, and the hotel is probably not quite worth the room rate.
