Beautiful location but staff was a bit cold and not too helpful. Simple things you would expect, like a bell hop for your bags and a functioning refrigerator leaves a little to be desired. If not using spa on premises not sure the hotel meets its price point.

The hotel was superb. Very pleasant environment all around the hotel and staff were very helpful and friendly.
Minor issue was faced with positions of the shower head - and it allowed too much water to flow on the bathroom floor. However Hotel staff was helpful and provided plenty of extra floor towels to prevent spread.
I would definitely recommend the hotel for location, great environment, staff, and nice rooms.

Front desk staff and concierge were accommodating and friendly. One person was not so nice - ignored us standing there for quite a while even though no one else was around. But other than that, excellent!
Spa was amazing! We enjoyed it every day. Would definitely stay here again!
