Trentino-Alto Adige Honeymoon Holidays

This 5 star hotel really meets all of my expectations. I would like to thank Marco and all of the staff for making my family and I feel welcomed. The housekeeping turns down your beds in the evenings, the shuttle to the slopes was SUPER convenient, we only waited 5 minutes tops! Ski rentals was super convenient, and we booked ski lessons right in the lobby with Alberta. Our stay was memorable and its largely because of the wonderful experience provided by the Alpen Suite Hotel!

Nice place and nice staff. Had to pay for sending a jacket they had, without my knowledge, offloaded from the inside of the car, not trunk, and hanged it in a closet. Would have been nice for them to pay the transport but OK.

The property was beautiful in an amazing setting near the lake and mountains.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast excellent. Pool and spa area very nice. Free bike hire a nice perk.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. The grounds are incredible, the views are breathtaking and the hotel is fantastic. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. Kids club was friendly, welcoming and flexible. Already planning our return trip

Great place to stay when in Ortise. Make sure you bring your gym clothes with you as the gym is just brilliant and well equipped. Staff are very professional and they make you always feel welcomed and look after you.
