Beautiful views of Arenal Volcano throughout the hotel and pools, and a convenient location near La Fortuna center.
Rooms were well maintained overall, though there were occasional drain odors and signs of mold around the sink.
The pools were excellent, and staff consistently delivered attentive service poolside.
Overall, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and courteous, making for a very enjoyable stay.

The property itself was amazing the food also was amazing. The Spa was superb. Rooms were clean daily if requested. Staff was gracious and friendly. I will definitely recommend this resort. The views and the thermal springs were a sight to see. My only concern were the roads getting there from the airport. Make sure you make reservations to be picked up by the resort staff. Roads not easy to navigate for the average driver. It was an amazing Vacation.

Staff and hotel are fabulous. I will be happy to book again. Loved the beautiful grounds and well appointed rooms. Staff are so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hot springs, swim up bar, and included breakfast.
