Wow! Amazing , Amazing experience. The service is 10/10 all the guys at the front desk were so friendly and responsive to our questions or concerns. Juan, Emmanuel were great. The restaurant service and food was exceptional. Both breakfast and dinner. The property was beautiful, the room could maybe use a little updating but it was nonetheless clean and beautiful. We were blown away, so happy we chose to stay here close to everything you need. Having security at the main gate made us feel very safe. Would love to return if we ever went back to La fortuna, but there’s so much to see in Costa Rica. We love it, Pura Vida!!

We loved the property and the location.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The property is beautiful, and the pool was definitely a highlight. The bar staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the yoga class as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The only minor area for improvement was that the front desk staff were not as warm or engaging with greetings as we would have expected. Other than that, everything was excellent.

My whole family love this resort. We will stay here again when we visit La Fortuna. We breakfast buffet. The restaurant is clean and the view is superb!

An absolutely incredible stay, beyond all our expectations. Every single detail was perfect, from the exceptional service and the fresh, delicious breakfast, to the beautiful rooms, luxurious showers, and stunning balconies overlooking the rainforest and the gorgeous pools. The entire staff was kind, generous, and always ready to help. It was truly hard to leave this little paradise and go back to reality. Without a doubt, one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in. Highly, highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing resort and stay. The staff are so attentive to your needs and beyond friendly. The grounds were beautiful and everything was clean. The resort’s attention to detail is impressive. I would 100% recommend this resort. It’s going to be hard to find another resort like this one - it just set the bar extremely high.
