The hotel is very charming and the rooms are comfortable. The entrance is a little hidden and not very easy to find. Very good parking area. A little hard to drag suitcases to the room due to the stone surfaced area in front of the hotel. But overall very pleasant, convenient location and very pleasant and helpful staff.

My bad for not purchasing the parking before I got there. The address from the web site to the property did not work because of the one way streets but we got there. The staff was great. Breakfast was good and it was such a great location to walk to all the things we wanted to see.

We loved our stay at this property! My sister is in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating. The room and bathroom were accessible with a roll in shower. We loved the breakfast in the morning. The staff is very helpful and made our stay perfect!

There is literally nothing negative that could be said about this lovely and perfect hotel. The rooms are beautiful, large, with every conceivable amenity. The staff extremely helpful and the hotel is in a perfect location. It is also miraculously quiet. HIGHLY recommend.

Overall the property was good although given the number we’ve stayed in recently would not rate it 4 star. Front desk staff were generally good except for one who was abrupt each time she dealt with us.
Shower area should have some hold rails as the bath is very slippery.
Room service good and meals excellent. The hot food offering for breakfast could have been more substantial.
