Canada - New England Honeymoon Holidays

This hotel was clean and modern. In Boston, hotel are expensive, but I am always disappointed with the quality of what you get. Not this time! I will definitely stay here again when I am in town.

The hotel is located in a prime location in old Quebec with excellent restaurants nearby. The staff was excellent and perhaps one of the best that I dealt with. The room and hotel decor was great and we enjoyed the historical artifacts on display throughout. The food was excellent at the hotel along with an excellent bar area. I would say calling it a bar area does it a disservice though. It was more posh with a historical hint.

The hotel was located close to restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly. We will stay there again.

Everything was exquisitely welcoming especially Ginna from the front desk, answered all of our questions and was accommodating in terms in the language we spoke most comfortably. However, I would like to suggest that if they can assist their guest to the room rather giving out instructions. We had an encounter with a very rude guest when we got lost navigating our room. We were trying to enter from the outside near the parking lot by tapping our key card, a couple came to us, the wife was trying to help is but the conversation ended with the husband saying “only for the rich” and walked out. It ruined the whole night for me and my husband. Anyway, that is not a reflection of the whole hotel, the most of guests were friendly and smiling.

We love Topnotch. The hotel rooms need some updating, but are big and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is Topnotch! We will definitely be back!

The property it’s self was lovely. The room was lovely except I was under the impression from the picture I saw on your advertising that I was getting a harbour view. Well I could see the harbour IF I STRETCHED MY NECK. Disappointed with the view but not the hotel

Nice soaps and other accouterments. Too bad one can NOT get them open! Appreciated the complimentary waters.
