Rooms were clean - requested daily maid service and it was no problem. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Pool was great for just being opened the day before. Lounge chairs so comfortable ! Only drawback is the escalator still not working- not sure what the issue is. Otherwise i will be spending many summer days at golden nugget !!

The jacuzzi in the tower had so much chlorine that it discolored our swimsuits. The manager at Bogota did not even have the courtesy to come out and speak to us. They blamed it on the spa manager and directed us to go there. Called spa and no answer.
