Overpriced and nickel and dimed to death on top of what you already paid for the room. Valet only parking for $61 a day plus tax. $3 can of beer jacked up to $11.
No supplies in the room had to call and ask for everything.
Some employees very nice and helpful and others were unfriendly and acted put out.

The pool outside was very nice and big. The staff were all very nice. The food choices were limited and the tips were added in automatically and we didn’t know it the first time. No one pointed it out and that was disappointing. Our room wasn’t cleaned a couple times and we had no clean towels. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned at 6 at night. We also had a fire alarm at 230 in the morning. Someone was vaping apparently. So many of the staff were above and beyond nice and that makes a difference.
