The service at this hotel is exceptional I would say, couldn't be more professional, helpful and friendly, from the welcome in the morning at breakfast, to the reception area answering any question, to the service at dinner. Only 15 mins by taxi from the airport and a nice easy, flat 10 min walk into the main town and marina.

Reception staff were helpful and friendly, spa and breakfast staff were not so. Hotel was a little tired, bathroom door was rotting and large amount of scale build up around the shower door. Bedding was good and bed was comfortable. Food at breakfast was good. Not made to feel welcome on our one visit to the spa. A week after we left the hotel and I have still not received my £50 deposit for the minibar or any bar food bill. This is another hassle to chase up. Outside of the hotel was dusty/dirty and could do with a sweep/wash. All in all the hotel was ok but not one I would use again.

The premium room was excellent with balcony and views over St Helier & to the sea. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and a spacious bathroom with shower & bath & underfloor heating. Staff were very polite & friendly. The walk to the town is about 20 minutes, but there is a bus stop outside the hotel. Also they run a shuttle bus. The food for breakfast, lunch & dinner were excellent & cooked perfectly.

The room was comfortable but not spotless and a little dated. Some of the lamps werent working. There were some areas where plaster had come away. Headboard of bed was marked . All in all dated,however cleaning staff and reception were excellent

Breakfast was freshly cooked and good quality. The Spa facilities are excellent. The room was very spacious.
