The parking was free including un the underground garage if you check in online. Reception check in was brilliantly fast and efficient and luckily the room was available early. We love the garden and huge open spaces . Traditional and modern architecture. Access to Mon Brio via the Spa ( very good price in the week) is a feature we value greatly. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable, the balcony and seating with view of the pool was all much appreciated as was the friendly staff at all levels of the team . Enhorabuena! Lovely property and very conveniently located, central and walkable to many of the tourist highlights. Only reason for slightly lower ratings were that the room keys didn't work multiple times which was a hassle, coupled with elevator issues that several times only had one elevator working and meant multiple climbs up and down stairs. Fine for us, but an issue for many and not great when had luggage. Not the staffs fault but just a hassle. Room and hotel itself was very nice.

The staff of the hotel are wonderful and helpful. Disappointed in the hotel restaurant As staff never smile or say hello also the evening menu we had was a disappointment too. The breakfast in the hotel is fabulous and the rooms spotless as is the hotel. Pool is great with plenty of shade under the trees. We have returned to this hotel many many times and hope to do so again. Thank you to the reception staff for the friendly welcome.
