9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,764 reviews)
I really wanted to love this hotel after all the hype. The location was wonderful after a long flight.
However…the doona was so hot we could not sleep under it, there was no other light blanket, the A/C was super loud if you tried to turn it down under 70 and at midnight we were awoken by drunken guests in the outside corridor…conference goers I think?
We had a terrible nights sleep.

8.4/10 Very good! (1,007 reviews)
Hotel was undergoing renovations, and I was not informed. The room had chipped paint and the door chain was removed. No hot water one morning. I stayed here about 10 years ago and loved it and now I won’t bother coming back.
