I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel—everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm and attentive service. The check-in process was smooth, and every team member I encountered went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was especially luxurious, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. One of the most unforgettable highlights was the breathtaking Swiss mountain views. Waking up to such stunning scenery each day truly elevated the entire experience and made my stay feel even more special. Overall, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!

Location was super convenient next to the train station (and the ski lift in the winter), and the staff was wonderful.

There was nothing we didn't like about The Dolder Grand. From the moment you drive up to the property, you know it is going to be a lovely experience. Check-in was easy and seamless. The room was beautiful, clean and we had a lovely view. I can also say that the food in the restaurant was EXCELLENT! The staff was awesome. Everyone was kind, helpful and very accommodating. We will be back!

Just a few minutes walk from Hb train station near the river and tons of restaurants in this perfect area to stay in. Had very small room, no tv, no safe, very basic toiletries. Breakfast was vegetarian only was ok.

This place is central to a lot of things, shops, restaurants, bus and trains. Place is so clean and so beautiful. My family had an amazing time there. I would 1000% recommend

The room is big, very clean, and smells good. Walkable to old town and Zurich HB.
