Pool is very small and tv didnt work, carpet was stained, soft spot in bathroom floor and dirty windows

Refurbed room, comfy king bed, nice shower(bit tight) butno worries very quiet room, free parking, great breakfast. Well Done Holiday Inn

Beautiful rooms, service was excellent, lots of cosy places to sit in the main hotel. Room was too hot, we should have got the staff to look into it when we arrived. Was difficult to find seats in the spa as was busy.

The hotel is within walkable distance from the main shopping and tourist areas of the city. The hotel does not have a car park, which means that a public car park must be used, although this can be paid in advance at the hotel. The hotel's family bedroom comprised of two double beds, which were quite high off the floor and a good-sized wall-mounted TV. The bathroom contained an excellent power shower. Breakfast offered a choice of english and continental breakfasts. Generally, a comfortable hotel for one or two nights.

It’s a good property but has hidden costs . The self parking gate is closed around check in time so that you choose valet parking for 35 pounds per day . Umbrellas are priced , breakfast is around 30 pounds per person etc . On an overall impression it’s a good property but has many dark patterns for making more money . Transparency is the key , which was missing

Lovely stay, comfy bed, dinner at onsite pub was delicious. Extensive, well maintained grounds to walk around. Loved the small things like the notice in our room offering fresh milk and ice if you called reception and the filtered water dispenser in the area outside our room
