I really enjoyed my stay. Mario (the front desk attendant) was very friendly and helpful.

All rooms have straight view of the ocean. The staff was very helpful and daily housekeeping excellent. They also provided sail “turn down” service and replenished towels and water. The architectural design of hotel is outstanding and blends with the topography of the Turks

He quickly became more than just staff; he became a cherished part of our family, and we miss him dearly. Akeem's extraordinary care is the primary reason we're planning our return. We stayed here when we added 2 nights before our stay at Beaches where we were meeting our neighbors. Stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was perfect for what we needed. Accommodations were perfect. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. We happened to be there for Easter Sunday, and they had such a cute easter egg hunt, crafts, games and winners!! They even had a surprise visit by the Easter Bunny himself. I couldn't be happier with our experience. We rented snorkels for $5 and loved snorkeling at the reef. The pools were all awesome. Can't wait to return!
