Wonderful stay in heart of St. Paul de vence. Good sized rooms with very attentive staff. A luxury experience

Big and clean room with fridge. Air conditioning works well. Parking is great. The best is the staff: very kind and friendly so you can feel at home and enjoy the beautiful city of Torino.

We had a 3 night stay but Expedia moved us out to another hotel for the last night. Thankful I booked through Expedia. There was no air conditioning in the room (38C weather) and the staff was not truthful in fixing the issue. Kept saying to wait and that someone was called to repair it then that it was repaired. It never was. The room also had a large window into the shower area and since we were there with our teenage grandson, it was extremely uncomfortable to take a shower. We did search for a "button" to darken or cover this window but did not find anything. The Wifi only worked if we were sitting at the desk in the corner. Our stay there was not pleasant.

My accommodation was spacious. I booked the Triple Room, which has two Balconies. All that was in our rooms was clean and positioned neatly. The staff are very kind and helpful as needed. They are a 24 hour service, which is amazing! The hotel itself is in a very convenient location because you’re not only directly across from the train station, but there is plenty of delicious food selection from cafés and restaurants that are all walking distance to some amazing areas. The popular shopping strip is near too. There are parking garages near by as well in case you drove and need a secure place to park. Your stay here is worth it. Enjoy!
